Created By: Victoria Witte
Craft: knit
Materials: Double strands of Amazing Yarn in the color Aurora circular needles 7 and 8 Took three skeins with just a little bit left over
Pattern Source: book: Simple Pleasures Hat

The pattern is from purlbee.com. One of the beginner projects. The Simple Pleasures Hat. I didn't have access to the yarns used in the pattern but one of the commenters said she had made the hat using Lion Brand Amazing Yarn and that was the only change that she made. I used different sized needles (7 and 8) to get to the gauge and made it a bit smaller than called for since I have a small head. I used double strands of Amazing Yarn in Aurora.

The yarn is lovely and works up easily. I assume that it is not as soft as those used (cashmere silk and mohair) and so is not quite so slouchy as the model but I am pleased with the result.

I'm a real beginner and this certainly is simple enough to make and looks really nice.
