Lengthwise Stripes Afghan

This was a wedding gift for a young cousin and his wife.
I used a pattern of 5 sc and 5 dc throughout, varying whether I put sc on sc, or dc on sc to play with the stripes. I had to plan the final rows to make sure the afghan finished with a straight edge.
When the body was complete, I worked a row of sc all around, then a row of hdc and finished with sl st through the hdc's.
