I made this afghan for my grandmother for Christmas. I really enjoyed seeing it come together, and from what she tells me, she really likes it. It took me a little bit longer than I had hoped, but if I did it again, I'm sure that it wouldn't take as long. It's a pretty basic pattern, although I'm not sure if I did the edging correctly...I wasn't sure where I was supposed to stitch so I just went for it. Other than not doing the fringe, I didn't do anything different. Yes, I would make this blanket again, and I would recommend the pattern. I really liked how the stitches looked with the yarn that I used. It was simple, and it was nice and thick...so cozy while I was making it. :)
