First crochet afghan

Materials: Homespun, hook in size L11, 8.00 mm. This is a very easy pattern that turns out very nice.

This is easy to carry the squares along with you, and doesn't require counting. I did make a boarder in black by double crochet around edges twice. I changed the colors from the pattern, using(u believe): black, purple, grape, baroque, gray, silver , and white. It is so warm and great for Ohio winters.
