Materials: I used Hometown USAź Solids & Multis. I used 44 yards of MPLS Purple for the main color and 11 yards of Seattle Sea Mist for the second color (star chart). I used 16 inch size 13 circular and double point needles.

I knit this up to give to charity. It was a quick knit with an easy chart. Loved the yarn colors I chose and happy with the outcome. Because of the fair isle knitting - the hat ended up being too small for me and I had to stretch it to get it on my mannequin to take pictures. I think this would fit a pre-teen better than an adult. If I were to make this for an adult I would alter the pattern - either knitting on a larger needle or by adding a stitch after each pattern repeat to give a little more room. Really cute pattern though. Happy with how it turned out!
