After making the Arcadia cable scarf, I felt a hat is needed.
with size 1 needle, I cast 96 then used different needle sizes to increase the circumference. At the edge of the rib I increased one stitch every 3 stitches then after crossing the first row of cables I started reducing stitches and used smaller needles until I used size 1 for the center.
