Crochet Baby Log Cabin Blanket

The first blanket I made my for my baby I tried to use neutral colors that would tie in with any safari/jungle theme; so once I found out I was having a girl, I got super excited about finding a new piece! I loved the pattern of this blanket but once I was at the store buying yarn I decided that I loved all of the really bright colors! This is the second blanket I have ever made, and I just learned how to crochet. It could be better, but overall I am extremely pleased for being a beginner!
