Materials: Any worsted weight (10 ply) super soft yarn. I used Red Heart Soft for the one in my pictures in Seafoam and Chocolate but any soft yarn will do :-)

A few years ago someone asked me to make them a shawl based on the one that the lovely Reese Witherspoon wore in the movie Sweet Home Alabama. Well, I must admit I couldn't remember the shawl at the time so I watched the movie again and totally fell in love with it. I couldn't find a pattern for one anywhere after hours of scouring the internet so I wrote my own.
