Caren's Fun Fetti Flip - Flops

This is my original idea and I made these for myself. I purchased an inexpensive pair of Flip-Flops and a ball of Lion's Fun Fetti Yarn in a color to match. I wound the yarn carefully around the vinyl thong so that all of the colorful strips fell towards the front of the shoe. I used fabric glue to secure the ends. I trimmed the fur so that the top edge of the vinyl thong had a clean edge and finished off the front by sewing beach-themed plastic buttons to the center. This was not difficult to do. It took approximately 2 hours to complete and you would likely be able to create 3 or more pairs from one ball of Fun Fetti.
