I started this hat on Feb 15. 2012, using some of the leftover Woolease Chunky I had from the Yoke sweater project and circular bamboo needles. The pattern was well written and once I figured out the "code" things went along swiftly. I really enjoy cable knitting and it was fascinating to learn how to work the crown. The finished product is just gorgeous and I am very pleased with the first hat I ever knitted!
