Hello, I am a beginner in crochet and after exercising some grannies I felt ready to start a real crochet project. The SBS seamed to be right project for this. I liked the pattern so much that I started immediately a second one after :-). So beginners do not be afraid the South Bay Shawlette is a very easy pattern !
