My sister-in-law is having a baby girl this fall and I wanted to make a cozy, soft afghan they could wrap up in together while they baby is small. As she grows, the blanket will be just the right size for a toddler.
This afghan is beautiful and would be appropriate for so many occasions. I will definitely make others in many different colors.
