Amigurumi Aliens
Created By: Kayla Walters
Craft: crochet
Materials: I used Peaches & Cream yarn in bright aqua and bright lime, a size "F" steel hook, a sewing needle and thread (to sew the eyes and heart beads on), a tapestry needle, a safety pin to mark the start of each round, and small black bead buttons for the eyes.
Pattern Source: lionbrand: Amigurumi Alien
I made these aliens for my 3-year-old step-son using a pattern on www.lionbrand.com. I got creative and added blue heart beads to each alien and instead of making just the alien presented in the pattern, I made a girl alien with pigtails and pink yarn for ribbons. I also didn't stuff the arms and legs like the pattern called for, because they are already so small.
