Turn your focus to a sweet light-weight yarn that works up into beautiful garments for the whole family! Vanna’s Style is a DK weight yarn that will provide the drape and stitch definition you’re looking for in garments, accessories, and baby gifts. It’s 100% premium acrylic, and can be machine washed and dried for ultimate convenience. Each skein weights 3.5oz and measures 254 yards, available in 18 fabulous colors!

The wearability, softness, and ease of care make Vanna’s Style a wonderful choice for projects to be worn and used often. It’s soft, it’s bouncy, and the drape is divine!

Here are some patterns to make Vanna’s Style your own.

For a crochet sweater with a beautiful drape, this is the Gulf Coast Pullover:

The over-size sweater falls in such a lovely way, but maintains the definition of this openwork pattern. The easy care means this sweater can be a go-to, rather than saved for special occasions. Work up a new favorite!

If you prefer needles to a hook, take a look at the Curvy Girl Drop Stitch Pullover!

The pattern suggests Vanna’s Glamour, but could be borrowed if you’re working in Vanna’s Style. Another excellent drape, in a completely different openwork style. The Curvy Girl Drop Stitch Pullover is beautiful over any top, for any season.

For adorable neck-warmers, please see the Pilsen Fringe Scarf (Crochet) and the Chatsworth Cowl (Knit)! They each provide the chance to try out some new skills – the Pilsen Fringe Scarf features some openwork and fringe, which can be personalized to your style! And the Chatsworth Cowl boasts clean color changes, for any knitter new to that technique.

If you want to go grand, look no farther than the Mandala Afghan Version B (Crochet).

It works up in 16 (!) colors! 8 in Vanna’s Style yarn, and 8 in our Color Waves yarn. It presents a challenge to keeping your inner peace as you crochet your way through this pattern. The result is sure to be astonishing.

And if you want to go for more of an ‘aww!’ than a ‘wow!’, here are some adorable Bobble Booties (Knit) for the littlest people in your life. They are sweet & fantastical, and could be worked in any Vanna’s Style yarn for a solid color effect.

Soft enough for the littlest feet, sturdy enough to be thrown in the wash after wearing.

The reviews are in.

Lovers of Vanna’s Style are casting on for color and weight, and feel & easy care.

DD shared, “Nice to see a lighter weight yarn. I love the colors, especially the deeper tones. It’s hard to find this weight yarn in non-pastel baby colors. Love it!”

Tee also gave Vanna’s Style five stars, and loves the whole Vanna’s Family: “Vanna’s Style, Vanna’s Choice and Vanna’s Baby are the softest yarns that I have found and they can be machine washed and dried.”

Let us know!

If you’re using it, if you’re loving it, and if you’re casting on in Vanna’s Style for the first time, we’d love to know how it goes. This lovely yarn is dear to our hearts, and we hope you’ll enjoy it, too.

  • I absolutely love the Vanna yarns. Color election is good, the yarn is so easy to knit or crochet. Use it for the charity knitting I do.

  • I made a crocheted pullover sweater for each of my two youngest grandsons for Christmas this year. They were soft, colorful and comfortable, and they were a big hit.. I love all of Vanna’s yarns.

    • Hi, Brenda – how lovely! Thanks for sharing, those are two lucky grandsons! 🙂
